Slug Cutter

Electro-cut slug cutter is used to cut clay extrusion to length for feeding to multi wire cutter. Guillotine blade ensures a square cut on end of the slug. Can be supplied to retrofit wire type or pneumatic cutters.

Multi Wire Push Through Cutters

Push through side cutters for the manufacture of extruded brick. They feature dual cutting frames which interchange to minimise lost time due to cutting wire changes and product changeover.

Up-stroke Cutter

Up-stroking cutters are used when a sharp arris is required on the brick face. They feature dual cutting frames which interchange to minimise lost time due to cutting wire replacement and product changeover.

Repress

Multi head hydraulic represses combine the process of extrusion and pressing. They are used for pressing bricks and pavers and produce a superior product with optimal strength and wear characteristics with precise dimensional accuracy. The process takes extruded and de-aired material for repressing to the desired final shape. Large format (400 x 400) clay paving is a feature product of these machines.

Simulated Green Rumbling

The SimTex simulated rumbled brick texturing device is a stand-alone unit mounted in the off bearing line between the slug cutter and the setting system. It is a flexible, high production machine for providing a wide range of products with the tumbled brick look that can be set automatically.

Ridge Tile Forming

The ridge (or capping) tile system automatically forms and cuts the tile to length in a continuous operation. After forming, the tiles can be robotically loaded into dryer racks.
