Electrical Engineering: Training & Telephone Support
On-line support can be provided by means of a VPN tunnel (where ADSL internet access available at machine). This support links staff in Melbourne with the PLC, safety PLC, HMI, drives and robots.
Training on the specific integrated system is provided by J C Smale staff who actually built the machine.
Training on standard proprietary items used in building the machine is available from the actual component supplier.
